Blackbuck Poaching Case: Salman Khan guilty, will he go to jail?

Blackbuck Poaching Case: Salman Khan guilty, will he go to jail?

Salman Khan has been taken into custody after being convicted by the court.

Jodhpur: Bollywood superstar Salman Khan has been convicted in the Jodhpuri Special Court for a black deer hunting case. However, the court has acquitted Saif Ali Khan, Tabu, Neelam and Sonali Bendre in this case.

  • Salman Khan has been taken into custody after being convicted by the court. Now there are two situations. If they get more punishment for more than three years then they may have to go to jail. And in order to escape from jail, the dentist court may have to file a bail application.

  • If he gets less punishment for less than three years, then he can get bail from the court which he has sentenced.

  • But the biggest thing is that if Salman Khan's sentence is not decided today, he may at least have to go to jail today. If the verdict on his sentence is stuck for a couple of days, he may have to cut it in jail for at least a couple of days.

  • The special thing is that if they get more punishment for more than three years, they may have to face the big court for bail.

  • In the black deer case, Bollywood superstar Salman Khan was convicted under the Jodhpur court's Wildlife Act. However, the court acquits the other 4 big stars.

  • Salman Khan was taken into custody immediately after the verdict.

  • The decision has not been decided yet when the punishment will be announced.

In the case of Salman's sentence, there can be punishment from one year to six years. If Salman gets punished more than three years, he will have to go to a larger court to take bail. In such a case, Salman Khan may have to go to jail for a day or two. However, the lawyer of Salman says that he has kept all his papers ready. But the problem is that if the lower court does not get the copy of the judgment of the lower court, then bail can not be heard on the application of the bail, so for a couple of days they may have to go to jail. If the sentence is less than three years then the court which has passed the order will get bail from the same court.
