Black Buck Poaching Case: Salman Khan acquitted all four, including convicted, Saif, Tabu
New Delhi: Jodhpur Special Court has given a big decision about Salman Khan. In the black deer case, Salman Khan was convicted by the court under the Wildlife Act. However, the court has acquitted Saif Ali Khan, Tabu, Neelam and Sonali Bendre in this case. Salman Khan was taken into custody immediately after the verdict. No punishment has been announced yet. Salman Khan can be punished from one year to a maximum of 6 years.
- The judge also imposed a fine of Rs 50,000 on Salman Khan.
- There is a debate in the court regarding the punishment. Salman Khan has denied all allegations against him during the hearing.
- The lawyer has said that apart from Salman, he has been acquitted in the absence of evidence against the four other stars.
- As soon as the verdict comes, security has been increased outside Salman Khan's house in Mumbai.
Explain that Jodhpur Police had registered four cases against Salman Khan and the other accused in different police stations in the year 1998. Three cases were of black deer hunting and one case was to keep illegal weapons under the Arms Act. In today's case, the decision has come from the Kankani black deer hunting case. In the remaining three cases, Salman Khan has been acquitted.
What's the matter today ?
In 1998, Salman, Saif, Tabu, Neelam and Sonali Bendre were together in the film. They were in Jodhpur for shooting. During the shoot, these five were accused of hunting black duck at different places in Jodhpur. It is alleged that Salman Khan had hunted black deer in different areas in the night of 1 and 2 October 1998. In today's case, the decision has come in the Kankani village, which has two black deer hunting.
What has been the decision in the rest of the case so far ?
Horse farmhouse hunting case - In this case, on April 10, 2006, the CJM Court sentenced to five years' sentence. After which Salman went to the High Court and was acquitted on July 25, 2016. The state government has appealed against this decision in the Supreme Court.
Bhavad village case- In this case, the CJM Court convicted Salman on February 17, 2006 and sentenced to one year's sentence. The High Court has acquitted Salman in this case too. The state government has appealed against the verdict in the Supreme Court.
Arms Act Case - In this case, the court acquitted Salman on January 18, 2017. The state government has appealed against this decision in the high court.
